Duties of Authors

Reporting standards

Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. The underlying data should be correctly reflected in the document. To allow others to reproduce the work, a paper should include ample detail and references. Fraudulent or intentionally false claims constitute unethical actions and are inappropriate.

Data Access and Retention

Authors may be required to provide raw data in the form of an editorial review paper and should be prepared, where possible, to provide public access to such data and, in any case, be prepared to maintain such data for a fair period of time after publication.

Originality and Plagiarism

Authors should confirm that they have written fully original works, and this must be properly referenced or quoted if the authors have used the work and/or words of others. Submission is an indication that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not being considered elsewhere for publication. Authors would be supposed to sign a copyright transfer document (to be issued by the Editor) before the manuscript could be published. You are considered to have given permission to print the manuscript by mailing the manuscript to the editor or publisher.

Multiple Publications

Manuscripts detailing exactly the same study should not necessarily be published by an author in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal constitutes unethical and inappropriate publishing conduct.

Acknowledgement of Sources

Proper acknowledgement of others' work must always be given. In deciding the essence of the recorded work, writers should cite publications that were influential.

Authorship of the Paper

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a substantial contribution to the reporting study's creation, design, execution or interpretation. As co-authors, all those who have made valuable contributions should be mentioned. They should be remembered or identified as participants where others have engaged in some substantive aspects of the research project.

Type of Papers

Research Paper

A research paper is a type of academic writing that is based on the author's original research on a certain subject. The author must conduct a thorough examination and precise interpretation of his or her study findings. This research could be part of a Master's degree programme or a doctoral thesis.

Review Paper

The goal of a review article is to provide a short overview of recent developments in a certain field. The present state of knowledge on the topic is summarised in a review paper. It gives the reader a better knowledge of the subject by discussing the findings of recent research publications.

Comparative Study

In the early phases of the formation of a branch of science, the comparative technique is frequently used. It can assist the researcher in progressing from exploratory case studies to more complex theoretical models, invariances, and concepts like as causality and evolution.

Survey Paper

The author's opinion is based on studying and assessing various research articles (that have already been published) on a certain issue.

Case Study

A case study is an in-depth research of a particular person, organisation, or event in order to uncover the reasons of underlying principles. A case study is an analysis of a person, organisation, or event that is both descriptive and exploratory.

Dissertation Chapter

If you're presently focusing on a thesis or dissertation, you should be aware that it should be broken down into sections. The opening chapter, the dissertation chapter (literature review), another dissertation methodology chapter, discussion, and the last “conclusion” chapter are usually the essential sections of a thesis.

Abstract

An abstract is a brief synopsis of a research article, thesis, review, conference proceeding, or any in-depth investigation of a certain subject that is frequently used to assist the reader in immediately determining the paper's aim.

Keywords

Keywords are words or phrases that describe content.
