Role of Education Youth Empowerment in India

Abstract:
Youth are the greatest wealth and strength of any nation and its quality determines the kind of future; the nation will have. According to United Nation secretary Ban Ki Moon, “Youth are often the first to stand against injustice….young people are a force for transformation.” In the next 4-5 year, if we want to be developed from developing our country and have a third largest economy in the world, then the youth empowerment should be main agenda of our government’s every plans, budget, programs and policies. No doubt, we can say that today’s young are tomorrow’s innovators, creators, builders, leaders and also the power to change the nation. So that, Youth have the power to decide and shape the future, not just of a country; they can define and mold the eventual fate of the world as well. Young people are capable of doing incredible and even beyond belief things. When young people are inspired, educated and raised in an environment where others openly encourage and value their opinions and thoughts on different issues, shaping and developing our society would come so much better and easier. Education plays vital role in reducing inequality, empowering women, reducing terrorism, reducing environmental issues, reducing violence and reducing any problems of the society and nation. So that, education is the best means to empower to young people. Because education provides with access to better jobs, higher salaries and higher standard of living with positive thinking and values. Education is a best means of developing individual potential, inherent qualities, promoting social and economic mobility and reducing inequality. In this paper, researcher study about how education will helpful and what are the issues and challenges for empowering to youth.
