Abstract:
The emergence of the concept of sustainable development is attributed to the growing interest and awareness of countries, bodies, institutions, and individuals in development issues in general and environmental issues in particular, as it has become difficult for the rules of the sound sustainable development process to be established unless there is a strong role for modern civil state institutions, and on this basis The concept of "sustainable development" has emerged to become a goal for people all over the world, as sustainability is considered a new vision for the search for social entities, economic activities, production and consumption patterns, and technologies that work to sustain the environment, empower the current generation, improve their lives, and ensure a suitable life for future generations.
